Thank you for choosing Pingna Day. For online purchases, we provide a 7-day cooling-off period (counted from the day after receipt; this is not a trial period). You may request a return if the item remains unopened and in resalable condition.
1. Eligibility
- Request window: within 7 calendar days (Taiwan Time) from the day after receipt.
- Item condition: unopened, unused, and in original packaging (outer box, inserts, seals, gifts, invoice/packing slip).
- Order details: please provide order number, recipient name, contact phone, description, and photos (for defects/damages).
2. Non-returnable Items
- Food/beverage items that have been opened (unless defective).
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window.
- Damage caused by improper storage, use, or transportation after delivery (e.g., dents, moisture, swelling).
- Missing gifts/components or incomplete packaging for sets/bundles.
- Other cases exempt from the cooling-off right under applicable laws.
3. Defective/Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives defective, damaged, short-shipped, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or return promptly.
- We bear the shipping cost for returns/exchanges due to our error or product defects.
- Replacements are processed for the same item; if out of stock, a refund will be issued.
4. Returns for Personal Reasons (within 7 days)
- For reasons such as taste preference or change of mind, please keep items intact and apply within the time limit.
- Two-way shipping costs are borne by the customer (subject to actual logistics fees).
5. How to Apply
- Submit a request: email customer service with order details and photos (if defective/damaged).
- Review & instructions: we reply within 1–2 business days with pickup/return info.
- Return packing: pack properly to avoid secondary damage; follow pickup schedule if arranged by us.
- Inspection & processing: 1–3 business days upon arrival; we then process replacement or refund.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Posting time: approximately 3–14 business days after our refund action (varies by bank/issuer).
- For partial returns, applied discounts/gifts/shipping thresholds may be recalculated.
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges are limited to the same item; if unavailable, we will issue a refund.
- For defective/wrong items, we cover one round of shipping.
8. Shipping & Risk
- For non-defect returns, customers bear return shipping and transit risk; we recommend a trackable service.
- If the returned item does not meet the conditions, it will be sent back (shipping at customer’s expense).
9. Invoice & Gifts
- Please return the invoice (or follow e-invoice procedures as applicable).
- Sets/bundles must be complete; missing items may affect the refund.
